Dhaka, 24th February, 2016: Expeditors (Bangladesh) Limited, a subsidiary of the US based Expeditors International of Washington Inc., has decided to automate its human resources related operations using Southtech SCALED – a new-generation centralized HR Management software of Southtech Limited.
In a ceremony held at Expeditors (Bangladesh) Limited’s Dhaka office, Managing Directors from both the organizations signed the agreement. Expeditors is a global logistics company headquartered in Seattle, Washington. As a Fortune 500 company, they employ over 14,600 trained professionals in a worldwide network of over 250 locations across six continents. Expeditors (Bangladesh) Ltd. started their operation in Bangladesh in 1996. Their services include the consolidation and forwarding of air or ocean freight, customs brokerage, vendor consolidation, cargo insurance, time-definite transportation, order management, warehousing, distribution and customized logistics solutions.
