Dhaka, 15 February 2015:Southtech Limited successfully participated in the largest IT Fair of Bangladesh “Digital World 2015”. The event took place at the Bangabandhu International Convention Center (BICC), Dhaka between 9 and 12 February 2015.
Southtech Limited, as one of the largest IT firms of Bangladesh, doubled its presence in this year’s expo. In addition to having a mini pavilion at the ‘Softexpo & Expo Zone’, Southtech also had a stall at the ‘E-commerce Zone’ to launch its e-commerce product – Shoppanet.com.
This year’s event attracted record number of crowd and Southtech stalls were no exception. “We hardly had a moment to breathe as visitors kept pouring in. We are surprised and yet extremely happy that people are becoming interested in software and other IT related products”, said Mr. Nawaz, a Strategy & Relationships Manager of Southtech Limited.
Undoubtedly, Digital World 2015 was a success for Southtech Limited, BASIS, and the entire Bangladeshi IT industry. We excitedly look forward to attending the event next year.
